The pieced LeMoine star blocks are in three fabrics: a golden-tan batik (design = pine needles, pine cones, leaves), a mottled dark green with golden touches, and a white-on-white flower print. The background print is holly, berries, flowers, and ribbons on a dotted red. Placemat size is approximately 11.5 inches high by 17.5 inches wide. 
The LeMoine star rotates or flips from each placemat to the next. 
The placemats have a double-fold binding just like a bed quilt. Front and back fabrics are all 100% cotton. Batting is a poly-cotton blend. Yes, of course they're washable.
