are NOT returnable and NOT refundable.

Patterns are NOT returnable and NOT refundable.

Also, a few other items state just above/below their order button
that they are not returnable and not refundable.

and get back the full amount you paid me.

Follow the three steps below.

Your refund = item price + shipping and handling charges + NC tax (if any).

(1) Return the item(s) to me in
unused, undamaged, resalable condition within 15 days
of the shipping date on the shipping invoice to receive your refund.

~~~ Holiday Variation ~~~
For items delivered during the entire month of December,
since many of these items are intended as Christmas presents,
the normal 15-day-period for returns and refunds
is extended until January 15.

(2) The bottom portion of the shipping invoice that comes
with your order is your "return slip."
Please enclose the "return slip" with the returned item(s).

If you paid via PayPal, your refund MUST also be through PayPal.
(Otherwise I do not recover the fees that I paid to PayPal for your purchase.)

If you mailed me a check I will mail you a refund check.

If you mailed me a money order I will mail you a refund money order.
