Top opening is bound in red moire.
Red eyelet and large green rick rack circle just below the binding.
Hanging loop is red cord and silver-white cords braided together.
Size = 16.5 inches tall, 6.5 inches wide at the top.
All-cotton front and back are bonded to heavy interfacing.
There is no other lining, no quilting, so it's stiff but lightweight.
Inside seams are overcast for strength.
