These giftwraps are SHINY -- partially or completely gold-toned, silver-toned, or iridescent. In particular, the tally shown bottom-left is NOT blue but is a SILVER paper that diffuses the light and breaks it into SMALL bits of colors -- which show as blue in the scanner light. The bottom-right tally IS blue-and-pink. The top-left tally IS purple.
