Need a good system for who plays with whom, and against whom,
and at which table, for each round at your card parties?
|
|
The example tally set on the left is for a 3-table card party = 12 players.
Rotation information is inside.
A sticky-note inside is where a player's round-by-round scores are written.
Your set of tallies comes complete with your first block of 3-inch sticky notes.
Closed tallies are 4 inches square.

All my tallies are hand-crafted and double as drink coasters
because their fronts are plastic-coated for protection.

What is the rotation information like?
| |
2-table progression
|
|
My 2-table rotation is a PERFECT rotation, which means that over
seven rounds of card play, each player always has a
different PARTNER for each rotation, and each player meets
each other player as an opponent exactly twice -- no more and no less.
|
|
3-table progression
|
My 3-table rotation is a COMPLETE rotation which means that over
eleven rounds of card play, each player is PARTNERED with each
other player once.
Each player also plays against most but not all of the other players.
|
4-table progression
|
My rotation for four tables goes for ten rounds of card play.
Within these ten rounds, every player has ten different partners,
ten players meet all other 15 players as opponents, and six players
meet 14 different opponents.
A complete 4-table rotation would actually be 15 rounds, so my
4-table rotation is a PARTIAL rotation.
|
5-table progression
|
My rotation for five tables goes for nine rounds of card play.
Within these nine rounds, every player has nine different partners,
and most players meet all other 19 players as opponents.
A complete 5-table rotation would actually be 19 rounds, so my
5-table rotation is a PARTIAL rotation.
|
6-table progression
|
My rotation for six tables goes for twelve rounds of card play.
Within these twelve rounds, every player has twelve different partners,
and meet all other 23 players as opponents.
A complete 6-table rotation would actually be 19 rounds, so my
6-table rotation is a PARTIAL rotation.

I developed all of these rotations myself.
They are not copied from any other sources.
Each set of rotation information is copyrighted.
